How does it work?
Through the GigaStar Market platform, YouTube Creators can offer a percentage of their YouTube channel's future revenue during a drop -- a public offering that remains open for a minimum of 21 days.
During a drop, Investors can purchase rights to a revenue share percentage. After the drop successfully closes, the YouTube Creator receives the funds raised and Investors receive monthly revenue payouts along with special Creator perks, such as access to a private Discord channel.
After the anticipated 2024 launch of GigaStar's secondary market, whenever an Investor sells a CRT, the YouTube Creator may be entitled to receive additional fees.
How do I get the funds raised?
After your drop offering successfully closes, the funds raised are wired to you (the issuer) by our paying agent. Use these funds however you like: upgrade equipment, hire staff, launch products, donate, pay debt, run campaigns, and more!
How do I potentially get additional income?
Creators who leverage GigaStar’s Discord capabilities as one of their drop offering perks have the potential to earn additional income through the secondary market. Whenever their revenue share units (CRTs) trade on the secondary market, the Creator may be entitled to a Discord Access Fee. The GigaStar secondary market trading platform is anticipated to launch in 2024.
What about my sponsorship or brand deal revenue?
You keep 100% of it! GigaStar doesn't touch it. A GigaStar Market revenue-share offering only includes revenue inside the YouTube ecosystem (AdSense, Super Chats, paid memberships etc.).
