Revenue & 1099 Tax Reporting: What to Know

GigaStar Technologies has been engaged by GigaStar Market issuers to provide 1099 Forms on their behalf to U.S. investors who receive $600 USD or more in distributions from any individual offering during the tax year.

GigaStar Technologies will contact U.S. investors who meet or exceed the $600 threshold to confirm their full name, mailing address, and Social Security Number (SSN). This information is required to receive Form 1099.
Per IRS regulations, GigaStar Technologies must request that investors confirm this information yearly.

Investors receiving less than $600 in distributions from any one offering will not receive a 1099 Form. Total yearly distributions can be viewed in your GigaStar Portfolio, which allows you to track your revenue earnings.
