Phase 1: GigaStar Portfolio Updates
Release Date: Early February 2026

This update introduces:

• A new user-friendly design + a new menu with more features
• Better account management tools for managing assets, offerings, and wallets
• A move to our ERC-1155 smart contract for multi-asset scalability
• A smoother, more intuitive experience overall

These updates precede the launch of GigaStar Securities LLC (dba GigaStar Trading), a new broker-dealer platform, which includes a Digital Alternative Trading System (ATS) for secondary trading, which is set to launch March 16, 2026.

Update #1: A New Menu

Our new navigation menu will make GigaStar easier to use by clearly separating the main marketplace from your personal assets, just like a traditional financial app. While a mobile app has not been launched, this progressive web app (PWA) is designed with a more modern mobile-first approach since most of our users browse on their phones.

Update #2: A New Home Screen

The new home screen has been redesigned from a simple portfolio dashboard into a full overview of your entire experience. Instead of only showing your investments, it will give you a bigger picture—like your balances, recent activity, revenue distributions, and the top assets on the market. It’s designed to give you a higher-level look at your whole account and everything happening across your GigaStar experience, all in one place.

Update #3: A New Portfolio View

The new portfolio view will be simpler and easier to understand. Instead of having three different layers to click through, everything will be combined into one clean portfolio tab with just one deeper page for each asset you own. Creator, offer, and Channel Revenue Token (CRT) information will all be grouped together in one place, so you can quickly see everything you own and drill down into any asset with a single tap. This streamlined design makes the portfolio easier to use, easier to maintain, and much clearer for anyone navigating their holdings.

NEW: A STANDARDIZED CHANNEL REVENUE TOKEN (CRT) COUNT

All CRTs will be standardized to the most basic investment unit: the Gold CRT.
A Platinum CRT = 4x Gold CRTs, and a Diamond CRT = 16x Gold CRTs.

Your portfolio will display holdings in Gold CRT units, so a Platinum CRT will appear as 4 Gold CRTs, and a Diamond CRT as 16 Gold CRTs. This provides you with more trading flexibility and control, so in the future, the CRT can be traded in the smallest piece, the Gold CRT. This means that, when trading is available on the secondary market, you can sell smaller parts of your original Platinum or Diamond CRT instead of having to sell the whole thing at once.

Update #4: A New Assets View

The new asset view will combine three previous pages into one clear, powerful screen that’s built for the upcoming secondary market. Each asset will have its own symbol—like a stock ticker symbol—to make future trading easy to follow. The page will include revenue charts, distribution history, and price tracking so investors can quickly see whether an asset looks like a good opportunity once it becomes tradable (after a required 12-month holding period). It will also show asset details to those who may not own the asset, including what it is and how it has performed.

Update #5: A New Accounts View

The new accounts view will make managing your money simpler and more logical. You'll be able to connect a Polygon wallet, and ACH transfers will be added when the secondary market launches. This redesign sets up the structure for easy fund transfers and withdrawals in the future, so when the secondary market goes live, you’ll be able to move money in and out of your account smoothly.

Update #6: New Account Settings

The new Account Settings page will make managing your GigaStar account simpler. You'll be able to see all your personal info in one place, switch between multiple accounts if you have them, and connect your Discord directly from Settings instead of the main menu. This update also lays the groundwork for future onboarding tools and will make it easier to find support or important updates, giving you a clearer, more organized way to control your entire GigaStar experience.

Update #7: A New Activity View

The new activity view will give you a clear picture of everything happening in your account, not just your revenue distributions. It will show your full history, including distributions, transfers and purchases. Each activity will include dates, statuses, and the method used, so you can easily track every action and understand exactly what’s going on with your investments.

Update #8: A New Mobile View

The new mobile view will be a significant upgrade, because it’s no longer just a scaled-down version of the desktop app. This redesign is built with mobile users in mind from the start, making everything easier to read, tap, and navigate on a phone. While it won't be fully mobile-first yet, it’s a key step in that direction and delivers a smoother, more natural experience for anyone using GigaStar on the go.

GigaStar Trading is a broker-dealer platform with a Digital Alternative Trading System (ATS) that is designed to support secondary market trading of eligible digital asset securities initially purchased on GigaStar Market, its primary investment platform.
