Channel Revenue Tokens (CRTs) digitally represent a security offered under Reg CF and there is a 12-month restricted period following closing whereby CRTs cannot be traded. Through the GigaStar Market platform, YouTube Creators can offer a percentage of their YouTube channel's future revenue during a offering -- a public offering that remains open for a minimum of 21 days.

During a offering, Investors can purchase rights to a revenue share percentage. After the offering successfully closes, the YouTube Creator receives the funds raised and Investors receive monthly revenue payouts along with special Creator perks, such as access to a private Discord channel.

After the launch of GigaStar's secondary market in the near future, whenever an Investor sells a CRT, the YouTube Creator may be entitled to receive additional fees.

How does this raise funds for me?

What’s a CRT (Channel Revenue Token)?

In traditional investing, Investors buy shares. Comparably, on GigaStar’s marketplace Investors buy Channel Revenue Tokens (CRTs) which represent rights to revenue share securities offered under Regulation Crowdfunding as determined by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. Each CRT digitally represents rights to a percentage of a channel's future YouTube revenue. CRTs also unlock additional perks for the Investors who hold them.

How is channel revenue distributed to investors?

As detailed in the offering materials, the Investors’ respective percentage of the channel's future YouTube revenue would be distributed by the Issuer monthly to their digital wallet.
